Qualifications

• Baccalaureate in Nursing.
• Two (2) years of related experience in a community multi-disciplinary setting with a variety of acute and chronic illnesses/diseases including:
• Communicable Diseases.
• Substance Use.
• Mental Health.
• HIV/AIDS.
• Certified Practice for Sexually Transmitted Infections, or willingness to take course.
• HIV Testing and Pre/Post Test Counseling Certification (BCCDC or Equivalent) or willingness to take online course
  
  

• Current registration with College of Registered Nurses of British Columbia (CRNBC).
• Complete the Ministry of Public Safety and Solicitor General Criminal Record Check.
  
  

• Hourly Wage Rate $43.99 - $61.45, commensurate with experience.
• Work Location 713 Johnson Street. – Cool Aid Health Centre, and outreach locations.
• Work Days Monday – Friday.
• Shift Times 9:00am – 4:00pm. Includes a 30-minute paid lunch break.
• Weekly Hours: 35 hours.
• Union: Exempt.
• Benefits Eligible for 100% employer paid benefits.
• Job Type Permanent full-time or part time.
